Transforming the workplace
The awarded contract involved redesigning the interior of the BLM National Training Center, aiming to create an engaging learning environment that highlights the history, values, and culture of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The project incorporated various elements such as graphics, photographs, wall mounts and wraps, plaques, and digital videos displayed on monitors throughout the building. These visual components, curated from existing photo and media assets, were strategically used to educate and inform visitors. In addition, Bubo also transformed the outdoor areas of the center, creating outdoor learning and workspaces with improved landscaping and furnishings. The overall result was a welcoming and educational space that effectively conveyed the significance and legacy of the BLM.
